Whitewater Adventures Nepal have an affiliation with two schools that are situated approximately one to two days hike up from the Trisuli River about 50 kilometres from Kathmandu. These are both primary schools, Shree Ammleshwary Primary School and Shree Jala Kanya Parimaki School. These schools are in a relatively remote area with very basic facilities. Through programs and trips with Whitewater Adventures Nepal there will be time to go and work on projects that are very much required. Just some of these include; building projects such as, new classrooms, a library, installing electricity and running water. There will be opportunities for participants to teach some classes to these young Nepalese children and spend time at the schools for extended periods if they choose to do so. Whitewater Adventures Nepal are currently developing a kayak program for these young students and this will be on their local river, the Trisuli.
